19 MINOR INFRACTIONS: • Tardiness • Unexcused Absence • Failure to conduct tours • Failure to properly submit reports • Being unprepared for work • Incomplete/Missing uniform pieces • Overall uniform appearance • Not clocking in or out of shifts • Being inactive for more than 30 minutes • Not being posted at the correct location MAJOR INFRACTIONS: • Sleeping while on duty • Misuse of firearm • Deliberate destruction of company property • Alcohol and drug usage (or being under the influence) whilst working • Misuse of company vehicle • Altercations involving other employees, clients, or bystanders • Job abandonment • Dishonesty • Theft of company property and/or time • Theft of client's property 5.8 Post-Employment References New England Security policy is to confirm dates of employment and job title only. With written authorization, the Company will confirm compensation. It is our policy to promote from within only when the most qualified candidate is available.
